At its heart is a commitment to girls and young women, and to the possibilities that grow through guidance, confidence, and opportunity.

Anointing S. Azubuike is an Abuja-based business professional with more than 10 years of management experience and a strong background in project development, executive administration, and organizational support.
A results-driven, goal-oriented leader, he brings experience as an executive officer and executive director. His strengths include problem-solving, process improvement, and developing practical systems that support efficiency, customer satisfaction, and organizational performance.
Beyond his professional work, Anointing has a passion for music, people, and supporting children who face disadvantage. This commitment to service connects his business experience with the foundation's purpose.

Praise Eberechi Azubuike
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Communication Officer
Praise Eberechi Azubuike is an author, creative writer, blog writer, and scriptwriter with more than 10 years of writing experience and several books to date.
A graduate of the University of Abuja, where Praise studied Philosophy, Praise brings a love of storytelling, collaboration, and discovery to the foundation's leadership team.
Beyond writing, Praise enjoys reading, adventure, cooking, and exploring new ideas, with a strong interest in technology.

Gospel Azubuike
Chief Executive of Media and Marketing Officer
Gospel Azubuike brings experience in customer service, media marketing, and administrative support to the foundation. Energetic and dependable, she combines her education and professional experience to keep clients informed, supported, and satisfied.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of Abuja, Nigeria, and is experienced in social media outreach and media marketing. Her commitment to self-development is matched by an eagerness to learn and apply new skills.
Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and responsible, Gospel believes that encouragement, positivity, optimism, and hope drive growth. She enjoys motivating others and creating opportunities for mutual encouragement.

Chioma Channah Geraldine Fache
Chief Executive of Development
Chioma Channah Geraldine Fache is an environmentalist, child educator, and motivational speaker who studied Environmental Science and Education at the University of Abuja.
She served as a Public Relations Officer for Youth for Human Rights International (YHRI) in Nigeria and as an ambassador for NAPTIP during her reign as Queen of Aso in 2006. Her experience also includes a year as a school administrator.
Chioma continues to educate children, helping them develop fluent reading and speaking skills. She enjoys reading, interacting with people, and exploring new places, bringing her enthusiasm for learning and human connection to the foundation.
